Deliverables:
- The survey was conducted during the COVID-19 outbreak in 2020 and covered the safety, emotional health, and well-being of employees’ topics in three representative offices.
- All questionnaires were collected, processed, and compiled into the final report and presented to the HQ in Germany.
- Additional information and recommendations as per possible measures to be implemented to soften the consequences of the COVID-19 outbreak and ensure the smooth operation of the office in three countries
Project scope:
- Assessment of office- and field-based personnel of a Client in three countries
- Elaboration of a questionnaire covering questions about the safety, emotional health, and well-being of Client's employees
- Assessment of existing practices and policies initiated by similar companies in the region to address the consequences of the COVID-19 outbreak
Activities done:
- Development of questionnaires and their adaptation for each country's specifics and languages.
- Conduction of semi-structured interviews.
- Data collection, processing, and analysis.
- Preparing the final report with findings and insights.
