- No prepayment is required.
- No poaching. Eirhub will not recruit any candidates or employees from a client or its affiliates during the agreement's term.
- Single replacement guarantee: If the initially hired candidate resigns within three months after the start of the probation period, 1-2 additional candidates will be provided at no extra cost to the client, except if the resignation was due to redundancy or as a result of restructuring or reorganization of the client’s business.
- The cost of recruitment services is a fixed percentage of the annual gross salary, based on the management level.
- The payment terms are flexible depending on the client’s preference, with options for a deferred payment and a candidate’s probation period. The choices include 100% payment on the 1st working day of a hired employee or a 50/50 split.
