Yevgen's mission is to help clients navigate the complex and dynamic health systems and policies in Ukraine and across the CEE. He aims to help them achieve their long-term strategic goals.
Anastasiia has been working within Life Sciences for 14 years, supporting pharmaceutical and biotech companies in Recruitment, Executive Search, Talent Mapping, and Organizational Development across Central Eastern Europe, Central Asia, and the South Caucasus.
Anastasiia has dedicated 14 years of her career to working in the Life Sciences industry. She has provided support to pharmaceutical and biotech companies in areas such as Recruitment, Executive Search, Talent Mapping, and Organizational Development in Central Eastern Europe, Central Asia, and the South Caucasus regions.
Anastasiia has earned Master's degrees in Psychology, Human Resources, and Organizational Development. As a Co-Founder of Eirhub, a niche Life Sciences consultancy, she has further deepened her market expertise by participating in Market Access, Market Analysis, and Pre-investment projects for pharmaceutical and biotech companies.

After completing his doctorate in chemistry at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Cambridge, M.A., Dr. Martin Schloh worked at Bayer AG and then at Bayer Pharma in R&D and marketing for eight years. Subsequently, he has been active as a partner and consultant with a focus on pharmaceuticals and healthcare for various consultancies, such as:

Anastasia has Bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Law and is currently getting her LLM at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. Before joining the company, she worked at various legal think tanks and volunteered at international organizations, namely UNHCR.
Anastasia has significant experience in Market Access Strategy Development related to the marketing authorization of medicines, Pricing and Reimbursement, Regulatory Affairs, and Stakeholders Mapping. She is well-versed in scoping ad hoc projects for the team, defining the core pathways of execution, and identifying new business opportunities in the Healthcare Sector.
