  • Prepared a strategic market access plan, including pricing and reimbursement scenarios, risk analysis, and implementation roadmap.
  • Supported stakeholder mapping and interview preparation covering authorities, clinicians, and patient groups.
  • Advised on economic modelling requirements, identifying data inputs for cost-effectiveness and budget-impact analyses.

Background:

The client required comprehensive market access and HEOR consulting support for introducing an innovative hematology therapy to the Ukrainian market. The objective was to design a feasible access pathway, define pricing and reimbursement options, and provide analytical evidence to guide strategic decisions and stakeholder engagement.
