Strengthening the Life Sciences Legal Counsel team for an EU Law firm

Task:
Strengthening the Life Sciences Legal Counsel team for a Law firm from the Netherlands
Task:
Strengthening the Life Sciences Legal Counsel team for a Law firm from the Netherlands
Client:
A Dutch Law Firm
Region:
Eastern Europe
Results:

As a result of the tailored recruitment solution that Eirhub provided for the client, within a few months, the client requested additional searches for new roles: a new Legal Counsel vacancy and a Marketing and Communication Assistant. Both recruitment projects were completed as well.

Therefore, a total of 4 recruitment projects were completed:

  • three Life Sciences Legal Counsels;
  • one Marketing and Communication Assistant
Solution:

Our recruitment team focused on candidates with legal experience in the life sciences, preferably at a pharmaceutical company, CRO, or academic medical center in Eastern Europe (mainly Ukraine, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, and Moldova). We initially longlisted 35 candidates and, after face-to-face interviews, provided a shortlist of the five most suitable candidates. Based on client interviews with the shortlisted

Project background:

The request was based on the need to strengthen the Life Sciences team due to company growth, the shortage of lawyers with a background in life sciences, and high salary expectations in the Netherlands, respectively. The client wanted to find experienced Legal Counsels, primarily in Eastern Europe, in a remote format.

Approach:

Eirhub developed a detailed hiring strategy based on a deep understanding of candidates' profiles and targeted companies where suitable candidates worked. The hiring strategy included a communication strategy, an advertising campaign, and a direct search method to compile a shortlist of the best legal professionals for the role.

This recruitment project was conducted on a contingency search basis.
