On behalf of our client, an international generic pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a successful candidate to fill the position of OTC FIELD FORCE MANAGER position.

  • Co-development and implementation of the company's OTC sales strategy.
  • Budget and sales plan implementation aimed to maximize profits and minimize costs.
  • Perform the overall management of the OTC Sales Force team (recruitment, coordinating, training, motivation, and development).
  • Control a Field Force strategy and tactical plans of the regions and implement the strategy of the sales department in the territory through regular business trips to the regions and selective field visits.
  • Planning, monitoring, and enforcing the activity of the OTC Sales Force team.
  • Monitor and evaluate market trends and developments and the competitors' activities, ensuring that the Company’s practices remain competitive.
  • University degree in Medicine, Pharmaceuticals, Economics, Management, and Marketing.
  • At least three (3) years experience as an OTC FFM in a generic pharmaceutical company.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market of Ukraine, key pharmacy chains, and distributors.
  • Entrepreneurial and strategic mindset, high self-motivation, result-oriented, proactive position in achieving goals.
  • Experience in coaching and team management.
  • 6English: Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate.
