We are expanding our in-house team and are looking for a promising and dynamic Marketing Specialist to strengthen our efforts in marketing our consulting firm. In this role, you will have the opportunity to co-develop and execute our company’s marketing strategy, primarily focusing on LinkedIn, Emails, and other channels.

What will you do:

• Contributing to the development of the company's marketing strategy.
• Planning and executing marketing activities and analyzing their impact.
• Planning content with a primary focus on LinkedIn and eventually FB, elaborating on the topic tree, and planning posts for short-, mid-, and long-terms.
• Developing visuals using Figma and preparing texts for the company website and social media accounts.
• Communicating with potential partners using internal templates.
• Managing and filling in the corporate CRM system (Pipedrive) and monitoring its performance.
• Actively engaging with the LinkedIn network, which includes communication, commenting, posting, and searching for information.
• Supporting the internal marketing team on various work issues.

What we expect from you:

• Having a basic understanding of LinkedIn would be an advantage, but it is not mandatory.
• You should have an advanced or fluent level of English language, as all tasks will be performed in English.
• You should be self-motivated, autonomous, and able to perform assigned tasks. You should be able to plan your work schedule, achieve goals and proactively report progress.
• You should be able to think logically, make logical conclusions and understand their importance.
• You should be able to form a structured opinion and communicate it clearly to your colleagues.
• You should be able to process quantitative and qualitative information, analyze it and draw conclusions.
• You should have good internet research skills and should know about OSINT methods (though not mandatory, it will be an advantage).
