- A detailed map of all possible talents.
- Segmentation of candidates by their willingness to join the client, experience, and motivational factors.
Project scope:
- Clarifications of key search criteria important for the Client: market and portfolio experience, knowledge, personal features, and salary expectations.
- Identification of candidates' current and previous experiences, strengths and weaknesses, their availability, and willingness to join the Client.
- Analysis of key motivational factors of each candidate, including current/possible compensation experiences.
- Mapping all candidates into a Y/X-axis to visualize all findings and insights.
- Full-scale scanning activities on the market focused on the pre-selected criteria.
