Our team focused on sourcing candidates from leading pharmaceutical companies operating in Uzbekistan. Over 30 candidates were long-listed, and after conducting face-to-face interviews, we provided a shortlist of the four most suitable candidates.
To allow our client to compare different candidates’ experiences, we have provided two candidates with preliminary experience in Big Pharma and two others with experience in mid-sized pharmaceutical companies.
