Development of Launch and Talent Acquisition Strategies

The client was in the process of setting up a hub that would cover CIS, Central Asia, and South Caucasus countries, with a regional office in Ukraine. The main challenge and highest value for both the client and Eirhub was the request to provide comprehensive support by combining three types of services: Market Access, Talent Mapping, and subsequent Life Sciences Recruitment.
- 12 closed vacancies in Ukraine (10 new employees), Azerbaijan (1 new employee), and other CIS countries (1 new employee).
- The Eirhub team prepared six launch plans for different medicines, which the client's team effectively executed.
- Ongoing client support with ad-hoc projects in Market Access, Market Analysis, and Talent Acquisition.
