On behalf of our client, an INTERNATIONAL GENERIC PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY, we are looking for a successful candidate to fill the PRODUCT MANAGER Rx position.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies in Ukraine for the assigned Rx products.
• Provide high-level analysis of potential business and marketing opportunities based on different market insights (e.g., market research, industry, and customer trends) and develop new channel-specific strategies.
• Analyze and evaluate the efficiency of promotional costs.
• Manage brands' sales forecasts and track product performance.
• Monitor the promotion of marketing objectives, strategies, and advertising tactics.
• Provide the internal audience with the necessary information about products, new projects, and activities, ensuring product knowledge among the field force.
• Cooperate with KOLs.
• Plan and organize the company's participation in targeted events (conferences, roundtables, etc.).
• Control and report on the brand budget according to marketing plans.

REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree in Medicine/Pharmaceuticals or related fields.
• 2 years’ experience in a Product Manager (Rx, OTx) position.
• English: Intermediate.
• Strategic thinking, market understanding, and analytical skills.
• Presentation skills and the ability to inspire the sales force team.
• Self-motivation, positive attitude, and flexibility.
• Ability to make quick, effective decisions and communicate effectively.
• Exemplary problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
